First Pregnancy

Hello ladies, this is my first pregnancy but I’m starting to get concerned. My first appointment isn’t for another 10 days (10/31/2019) but I’ve been having cramping. I know that mild cramping is normal but at this point I’m 7wks 6days and I’m starting to get concerned that there is a possibility of something going wrong. The cramping isn’t terrible but it’s similar to my period cramps which are horrible due to endometriosis. I’m not sure if I should call my doctor and see if there is a way to get in earlier or what. Just need some kind words of advice as I have no idea what’s normal and what’s not.
