I've managed approx 17lbs almost at 16 weeks and I am pregnant with twins. Still way more than I was expecting but Dr. doesnt seem to be concerned

It's hard to know sometimes if I have gained weight, or if I am just backed up 😀I think I have gained between 4 and 6 lbs though suddenly after passing 13 weeks. I'm 14+3 now.
