So I am in the process of switching from breastfeeding to formula as I would like my milk to dry up prior to starting work. I figured I would substitute a formula bottle for a nursing session and increase the number of substitutions every few days to slowly dry up my milk. Then at the end take Sudafed. Does this sound reasonable? Also my little guy normally drinks 4oz of pumped breastmilk when I do bottle feed at times; is it the same amount of formula? That would put him at 24-28oz a day?
