I’m so worried and want to know if this has ever happened to you...

I had an orgasm through clitoral stimulation (it was the best damn orgasm I have had) then went to sleep. About 7pm

I woke up 4-5 hours later(11pm ish) to spotting that was pink and mixed with my cervical mucous

I went to the ER and they did an ultrasound and saw the gestational and yolk sac no fetal pole or heartbeat yet. And my HCG levels were 9,060.

First picture and second picture was at the hospital 1:29am after the vaginal ultrasound which I feel kinda made me bleed more... but who knows..

3rd picture was 10 minutes ago and it’s now 10:14am

To give you something to compare it too.. on 10/17 I had an ultrasound and they only saw the gestational sac only and hcg was 2387.

Has this ever happened to anyone before was it the orgasm that cause the spotting ???
