Changing baby girls diaper
While changing my baby girls diaper I noticed she has a mix of yellow poop and white stuff which I assume is her diaper cream in the folds of her vagina, how can I clean that without irritating her? I also don’t want to hurt her. It cant be good to have that there tho, can’t it cause infection? My first child was a boy so I never had this issue.
