Did my baby move?

I had baby drop about 4 weeks ago and at my previous ultrasounds he was in perfect birthing position. However, in the last week or so I’ve had heartburn come back and felt what I assume is his butt in my upper right abdomen. My belly looks wider than it had the entire pregnancy and the front isn’t as rounded as before. I’m worried he turned sideways and that I won’t be able to go into labor naturally. Anyone have any idea?
