Breastfeeding help😭

Long post sorry*

Okay so baby is 2.5 weeks old and was in the nicu for 5 days so was bottle fed formula at the beginning until we figured out breast feeding. Also now I think the formula upsets her stomach. It took a lot to figure out because they were giving her like 3-4 oz bottles of formula (which is crazy for a 3 day old baby) so I had to pump and take supplements and really up my supply. Tried weaning her off formula when we got home and she dropped 6 oz so they advised me to give her 2 oz of formula/breast milk after each feed through a bottle. Well now since doing that she relies on getting a bottle after each time and will scream until she gets it. I can’t even tell if she’s getting enough from my breast..I use the Hakkaa and get like 3 oz out of it so I know I don’t have a low supply. I just started to try and just put her back on the boob after a feeding today but I’ve been stuck to the couch for like 30-45 min now...should I continue the bottle or go back to breast or what?? I’d love to exclusively breast feed but my god I can’t sit here for over an hour every 2-3 hours! Please help😭 we go back to the dr Thursday to check on weight. She gained 6 oz in 3 days last appt.
