I’m 32+4 and I am CONSTANTLY dying from hot flashes!!!!!! TMI but the sweating is REAL. The temp is low 60’s where I live and I still have a mini air conditioner on me at work at all times. Is anyone else suffering from this??! What can I do to make it better??? HELP!!!!!
