How much is too much BD?

So I’m ovulating!! Baby number 2 for us. My son is 2 . This is the first time since my miscarriage back in September. Praying this is our month! During your fertile window how much do you BD? I’ve heard as much as possible but also to skip every other day? Anyone know what one Works best? Also trying ordered this month!

Im on cd 17 with negative opk n having bd on a gap of one day in between..according glow its my fertile window now and ovulation day is 24oct..how often should i bd now..

I would do it every other day unless you want more. Most fertility doctors have said every other because the sperm is healthier and has time to recoup for better mobility. We BD the day before my peak opk and the day after when we got pregnant with my son and that was it cause we were on opposite shifts at the time. fingers crossed for you!!

You’ll hear lots of things. 
If you have speed motility issues, skip a day. Or if you’re exhausted. 
But your highest chances come from doing it everyday. 
In the end, statistically it’s only about 4% different either way.
