Implantation bleeding and ectopic pregnancy

I’m 8 days dpo I experience spotting and cramping yesterday which I assume is implantation bleeding but for the past 3 days I’ve been having dull pain in the pelvic area I’m scared it may be a tubal pregnancy.. anyone experience implantation with ectopic pregnancy???
