I had surgery 3 months ago for a ectopic pregnancy and had 2 periods after that that where the normal cramping for 2-3 days and heavy flow. Than light bleeding.

I bleed 3 days after my due period date light bleeding could feel a pad through out the day(didn't of course changed it) than 2nd day was on panty liners and had no cramping at all. The picture where I circled it doesn't look as good as what it looks in person cause I dont have a good camera. Please tell me what y'all think.
