I need help please

My 3 month old is sick with his first cold 😷😔 today is day three for him and it sounds like it’s all draining today but he is refusing to nap. I’ve tried everything. I want him to sleep so he will feel better. He’s only had a half hour nap and he’s tired but fighting it for some reason. Help please
