Positive pregnancy test negative blood test??

I recently went to the doctor and got my blood drawn after FIVE faint positive pee test I got these test off of wish so I bought a cheap test from family dollar and faint positive also so back to my blood test I get my blood test back and negative I dont understand what is happening how is this possible my doctor didnt know that I was pregnant last time and I had a miscarriage and I had a blood test also and had to show her my 8 week old baby that I gave birth to in a toilet I say baby but it was an 8 week old fetus so I'm posting this upset and confused can I be pregnant how will I know plz leave a comment on your thoughts it would help me very much
