Body Jolts???

Question

Is anyone else having body jolts when they’re just falling asleep? That’s the only way I can describe it, as soon as I’m almost asleep my whole body will jolt and wake me.
I had a 40+ hour labor that ended in a C-section so I’m wondering if it’s from some of the drugs they pumped me with. 
Anyone else?? Or maybe this is just a sleep deprivation thing 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s happened to me periodically my entire life. My husband does it sometimes too when he is falling asleep

Isn't that normal? Always had it, so do other people I know. Pretty sure there's a physiological reason for it, but don't remember what it is 😅

I've had it more since this last c-section. Not sure why.
