Fat rather than pregnant

This pregnancy I swear I look fat and not even pregnant.. I had my first January 2019 with a c-section and then got pregnant 2 months later.. but I look fat rather than pregnant and it’s really bothering me now.. I had a ex coworker tell me oh I thought you were just getting fat on me🙄 and my bf makes comments on me being bigger then before I was ever pregnant and how it feels like he’s holding a different person in bed now..
