Acne on my bum?l TMI

I’ve tried to edit the picture so it does not look as nude but you can see on my cheeks all these spots that have suddenly appeared. I get bad spots as it is but does this look like acne or something else??

This is folliculitis. I get it during pregnancy and when I sweat a lot. Add a few drops of tea tree oil to a light body moisturiser and rub it in to the skin daily. It has helped me a lot. Good luck.

Have you switched body washes, shampoo/conditioner or lotions?

What body wash do you use? Also I would avoid scrubs and using a loofah or wash cloth to decrease the irritation, then I would use some type of serum with something like lactic or glycolic acid once you get out of the shower

My sister had spots like that all over her back (maybe bum too, she didn't tell me). They appeared out of nowhere and were really itchy. It was an allergic reaction to something. She thought perhaps ginger, but I guess that could be different for everyone. It looked exactly like that. They went away after about 24 hours. Hope this eases your mind.
