Scared of prenatal

So I’m 6w today and I just went out and got some prenatals. I am soooooo scared to take them because with my last pregnancy I didn’t start getting all day nausea until I started taking my prenatal. Anybody relate? ( I got a different brand btw, I can’t do the sugar coated gummies)
