I agree, looks to me like an ingrown hair. To help prevent these I use 100% aloe Vera down there after I shave & it’s helped so much. Sometimes even a drop of tea tree oil mixed in helps keep them away!

Very bad ingrown hair-boil. Use heat on it off and on and it'll come to a head and will drain.

My friend had that on her cooch area and it was an abscess or a cyst one of the two it was a while ago but she went to the doc and they drained it.

It might be a very ingrown hair. I shave down there frequently and I get ingrown hairs quite often not that big but looks kind of similar. Maybe try putting a warm compress on it and see if it will pop or put Neosporin on it to help it heal ￼
