I've been in the pill sprintec for 3 years now and haven't had a problem with my period before. This month I started taking folic acid and biotin pills to help my hair grow because I noticed in the span of 4 months my hair hadn't grown an inch. I started taking my pills at night but now my period is 4 days late. I've had cramping and all my usual signs that I would start but still haven't. Do I need to get a pregnancy test or just stay calm and wait? I'm kind of getting stressed about this especially since my husband and I don't want kids yet.
