Can having sex at 35 weeks induce labor??

Can having sex at 35 weeks induce labor. We haven’t had sex for a while like couple months but want to have sex. Is there any chance it will induce labor??

No. If your OB hasn't said no sex the you are safe to have sex until you give birth. If you're very close or past your due date sex can help start labor but you are safe to have sex now.

It started Preterm labor for me at 34 weeks with my oldest. They stopped it with Meds and I was on bed rest for 4 weeks ( stuck at 4cm for a month lol) until labor started at 38 weeks 4 days. Just be careful and watch for cramping or bleeding afterwards

I didn’t have sex from 15-37 weeks I was on pelvic rest to avoid pre term labor. They said at 37 weeks I could go for it. Have had sex a few times and did not put me into labor will be 39 weeks tomorrow.
