Is it normal to feel worse after losing weight?
I've went from 250 to 186. I love that I've lost weight. I can wear a size 10, after being a size 16. But my boobs are small, my butt is non existent and I'm still stuck with this awful mom flap of a belly. Being at my heaviest wouldn't have been so bad if I had some curves... But I don't.
I HATE my body. I hated it at 250, and I hate it now.
How can you learn to accept your body?
How do you LOVE your body?
I want to love myself, but I honestly don't know how.
I don't have full body pictures but... The top is the start of the summer and the bottom a couple weeks ago..
