Period & breast feeding
Hi ladies! I need your advice. I just got my period back almost exactly 7 months pp. I am still ebf so I was kind of surprised by it! What are some ways to keep my milk supply up? I’ve heard it can go down a little when your period returns. Any advice welcome thank you in advance!!
