TMI but Sunday started a bought of diarrhea up until last night. (Monday night)

Yesterday around 2 pm, started having painful period like cramps. Constant. Called dr, said to take Tylenol and Imodium and should go away. Here we are Tuesday and still having period like cramps and dull back ache. I am beyond hydrated, I’ve taken the Tylenol and Imodium. Warm baths. Not sure what else to do. Has anyone else experienced this? Note: the pain subsides while I lay down but as soon as I stand up gravity takes over and the pain is immense and feels like I need to sit on the toilet again.
