Weight loss program PP

Just looking for some advice/ success stories for either of these two weight loss systems after birth.

I do not plan to start it right away, as I am going to see if I loose some weight by breastfeeding. I also intend to work out as much as I possibly can at home and eat healthier.

I’ve gained around 20lbs and currently 33 weeks. I was 150 prior to pregnancy and I carry my weight mostly in my breasts, butt and belly aside from typical swelling.

I don’t foresee it being the biggest challenge to loose my pregnancy weight, however I struggled to loose weight prior even though I was working out 4-5 days a week.

My ultimate goal is 125-130Lbs
