I’m trying to get a iud but they won’t place it until I have my period. In the mean time they switched my birth control since I am no longer breastfeeding but I’ve been having some bleeding. It’s pretty early and my first thought was it’s one of two things....an early period or breakthrough bleeding. I called to see what they said about it bc I don’t want it to be a period and have to wait even longer to get the iud but then they asked the question.....any chance you could be pregnant? Solid no right away. Then I hung up...... what if this is implantation bleeding? What if I messed up? I was messing up the mini pill a lot but I was always carefully, told my husband and we would take the precautions bc of it but what if it happened anyway. The mini pill it self is so poorly effective and then on top of how often I would forget to take it. Omg please be breakthrough bleeding.
