R groin pain??

I went on my two mile a walk this morning and since then I’ve had severe r groin pain when walking... it comes and goes but isn’t going. It feels sharp and painful every time I  put weight on my R foot. Has  anyone had this ?

Could be baby moving down. Could be referred pain from contractions. Could be that you pulled something, which is easier to do with all that relaxin. How far along are you?

this is my second pregnancy and I did not have this with my daughter. I’m very athletic and have workout my whole pregnancy.
