Neck and upper back pain anyone?

Woke up with horrible neck pain: it’s so bad that it’s give me a bad headache. I work with infants 👶 and it’s been a day! I’m 5 weeks and 1 days. Anyone feeling upper back aches? I never had this with my son 😬

I am experiencing extreme pain up there. I do ha e a pinched nerve and feels like knots in my shoulder.  They have got worse when. I found out I was pregnant

Is it only your neck and not anywhere near your shoulder? Pain that high up especially in your shoulder can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. I hope all is ok
