Husband got offered a job in Zurich, Switzerland and we live in the US currently

Thoughts? Opinions on moving out of the country? Things to consider? We are discussing it tonight and his boss wants to know our answer soon. He’s been out of the US once (to Germany) and I have never been out of the US.

Anyone familiar with the area? What is it like? Do most people rent or purchase homes? Do people take out mortgages there? Which areas offer the best schools (we have 3 daughters... ages 3.5 (twins) and 8 weeks) and which areas are the safest, nicest areas to live in?
