Morning sickness for 2 days then nothing?

I’m so worried about having a miscarriage this pregnancy. 
No cramps. No bleeding though.

No worries love , i had tender breast for about 3 days and now i feel absolutely nothing , sometimes I’m like oh crap I’m pregnant lol but i just had my blood drawn and my levels look normal so i think the symptoms come and go .

I think pregnancy symptoms come and go in early pregnancy. Also, other factors go into play here. For example, I was throwing up terribly then started eating more bland foods and changed up my diet and have felt better. Is that morning sickness going away? No I wouldn’t say so. So it depends on what’s going on and over mitigating factors
