i’m supposed to take my birth control at 11 pm every night. i’ve been working a job that requires me to work both closing and opening shifts. i had to open on thursday last week and i fell asleep before my birth control alarm went off on the couch. i didn’t hear the alarm go off and i missed the pill. on thursday i had unprotected sex with my bf before i realized i had missed the pill. i took the one i missed around 9am as soon as i realized that i had missed it and then took the one for that day as scheduled at 11pm. my period week is supposed to be next week so i’ll know for sure then, but i’m wondering what the chances are that i’m pregnant? am i covered since i took the old pill so soon after i missed it or is late just late regardless of how long? and please don’t call me stupid i hadn’t realized i missed the pill when we had sex i just want to know what my chances are to get a heads up fir whatever happens next week.
