Am I alone? Feeling so depressed

27w 2d and so depressed and hopeless. Idk what to do or what is wrong. I keep crying and I feel physically sick it’s so overwhelming. I feel like I don’t deserve my babies or I can’t get through this. :( I’m already on 60mg of fluoxetine

Speak to your Dr, maybe a change in medication. And you most certainly do deserve your babies! I've just started on citalopram and I'm 28+5, I was struggling and havnt had antidepressants in over 10 years. Pregnancy can be really tough on some of us.. I was having awful thoughts that I didn't want but they were still there. They scared me and made me go to my Dr. Well 12 days in on the medication and despite and awful cold I actually feel more stable. I've stopped crying every day, stopped worrying about everything and generally feel more calm and the thoughts have gone. I had a rough few days getting used to the medication but I'm glad I stuck with it. Honestly speak to your Dr and go from there. You don't have to keep feeling the way you do and you don't have to suffer on your own.
