Coffee?

I usually drink about 2 cups of coffee a day. Is this affecting my fertility? Been ttc 11 months.

You can have 200mg of caffeine once you are pregnant. Having two cups of coffee a day while TTC should not affect your fertility. If you were slamming energy drinks all day long that’d be bad lol but you should be good! Maybe talk to an OB :) see what they recommend!
