Babygirl has this on her face and neck . she is 1 month old . looks like baby pimples or dry skin?

Looks like baby acne. My daughter’s got pretty dry like that too.

Cradle cap on the eyebrows and baby acne elsewhere. There is nothing to worry about and most babies get it due to moms hormones leaving the body. Just keep regular baths and a baby hair brush for the head. Oh and don't pick at it yourself...just wait for it to work its self out. And just a warning, baby will most likely get the cradle cap on the head as well. It goes away in it's own.

My son has a dry forehead right now too. His pediatrician said it's cradle cap / baby acne. Nothing to worry about and you don't need to do anything for it unless it cosmetically bothers you. She said to just push a small amount of coconut oil on it to help lift the dry spots and then brush it off

My daughter had it too! Pediatrician said it was from the hormones coming out. I use Vaseline and it helped a ton!
