Uti 9 weeks pregnant

I’ve been prescribed Macrobid since last Sunday, which would be a week ago. I’ve been taking it wrong and didn’t know. Should be taking it twice a day and only been taking it once A day. I went to dr today and they said I had blood in my urine and a small amount of bacteria. Will my baby peanut be okay? I have 3 pills left, and I have an obgyn appointment Saturday. Should I be concerned for the life of my baby?
