Okayy Ladies help me out

So today I Took this it came Back as A Solid Smiley Face Which Means I will Be Ovulating In The Next 12-48 Hours ‼️ I went to the hospital to have A Transvaginal Ultrasound did Because In September I had An ovarian cyst on my left side Now The doctors Saying I have one on my Right side now Could That Be Because I’m about to get ready to ovulate Or ?
