So after trying and trying since April, and no success, but with a ton of pelvic pain and ovarian pain, we decided to move forward with the diagnosic surgery, finally eveeyrhing was confirmed. Definitely have PCOS, had endometriosis that has also attached around my ovaries that tied them down, and my own ovary was black from all the adhesions. My doc cleaned everything out, and told me that we will have to keep trying as much as possible, and we will a do a ultrasound in 6 months to check my endometrium lining if we haven't conceived yet.
