I had periods frm 27 sept to 3rd october

I started to have spotting on 16 october

Today i went to see a gyna, he did endovaginal ultrasound and found a very tiny thing in my uterus and hes not sure what it is, he said it might be a polyp bt he doesnt know and he said i should follow up with him after my period to see if its still there

Im wondering if anyone had a similar situation and ended up being pregnant instead?

He also noticed a 3 cm cyst on my ovary which could just be corpus luteum post ovulation
