I got my mirena taken out in June and two weeks later I got my first period in three years. It was horrible and I wanted to die lol but my hubby & I have been TTC ever since. I’m currently 9 DPO & waiting three more days before testing but its been a struggle not going to lie. I have a friend who got hers taken out and was pregnant that same month. I guess it all depends on the person

I had my Mirena taken out in March. I started off with a heavy period and have been a little irregular but that’s pretty normal for me even before I had Mirena. We had to take a “break” from trying cuz I had to have surgery on my ankle but now we are back in full force lol I’ve gotten mixed reviews about how long it took but my OB said it shouldn’t “delay” pregnancy or anything like that.
