Newbie Workout Help?

Hey girls! I have 5 kids. I'm 5'2 about 135lbs. I don't really look bad but I'm super out of shape and would like to just tone up. Not necessarily lose any weight (except my stomach) just firm up and keep a healthy weight for my height. I'm a sahm. I'm on my feet the whole day (cleaning, meal prepping, taking younger ones that arent in school yet outdoors, etc.) but I would like any tips on exercises I could do that won't make me too awful sore starting out, things to eat, etc. I have a couole cups of coffee in the a.m. and then it's water the rest of the day so that's no issue. My problem areas are:

Hip Dip

I love my legs but my belly is irritating and my butt well I think we all still want that high school booty lol. And if you don't know what a hip dip is, just google it. I have a slight one. My arms definitely need some toning up. I just need tips on things to eat and quick workouts I can do with a 1 and 3 year old at home. I'm not picky with food. Open to any and all suggestions. 😊 tia!
