Can I dye my hair this deep red color, or at least a dark brown/black with a red tint, without having to bleach my hair?

I will just be buying some dye from Sally's and doing it myself because I can't afford to have it professionally done right now.

This is my current color. It's pretty much my natural color. I dyed it a dark brown/almost black a year ago and it has faded.

This is what I'm wanting, or something similar. I at least want a red tint.
