I got my hair done today, completely transformed- bleached, toned, new color, cut. I was in the salon for 6 hours.. My total was $218. I tipped $32 to make an even $250. However I’m starting to think I should go back tomorrow to tip more? Or does this seem fair? I loved my hair dresser she was so fun, but I am unsure if her hourly pay, plus my tip was worth her time? Should I bring her more tomorrow?

Does she get hourly + money from the $218 as well?
