Whatever colors you like. 
Our townhouse is white, black and gray mostly because it's what we like. Besides for our couch it's a tan color. Mostly because it was exactly what we wanted, so comfortable and it was in our budget a few years back. We have throw blankets / pillows with patterns and bright colors. I'd much prefer to add my colors that way because I tend to go through times I dislike certain things. Haha. Our wall decor is simple, just a few pictures, mirrors and plants. I like things to look tidy so I don't cover the walls or shelves with a lot of things. And its more I have to dust or clean and I'm not about adding to that. 😂 Just do whatever you like and it will feel like home. Good luck.

I would add a light blue or a red on the walls with the cabinets and the wall with tv just those walls and the other walls stay white or a grey if you wand to paint a pop of color would look great.
