Newborn and toddler help?

My newborn is 4 weeks and I feel like all he does is cry and want to be held and then my toddler wants lots of attention when I'm feeding or holding baby. I'm finding it hard to juggle them both feel like my toddler is having to just get on with things by himself a lot coz his brother doesn't stop crying 😔

I went through the same thing and I know it’s not much but it does get easier. Our baby is 18 weeks now and much less needy which made our toddler less needy as well. I would say it was around the time the baby could go in things like a jumper and I didn’t have to hold her as much that things started getting better. Good luck!

I literally came on here to see if anyone else was struggling with this. I find myself losing my temper and yelling at my toddler a lot now. I was able to be patient initially but now that my newborn is 5 weeks, I’m just so tired and my two year old does not listen (bc she’s 2).  I feel bad bc we are watching a lot of movies and cartoons which she loves but I know she is also bored and is acting out to get my attention more. I’m just more nervous now that the weather is changing bc before now we could at least go outside for a while and go for walks. I have two baby carriers but my back hurts and I don’t feel like they are secure enough that I can do that much stuff besides walk around. Anyway, I’m just tired.

No advice but I’m in the same situation. My November toddler is struggling with the amount of time I’m spending with his month old brother who is definitely in a clingy phase atm. I was told to expect that between one month and two months he would be a real challenge as it’s real the baby is here to stay.

Get a baby carrier! Happy baby is my fav and so easy to use. They have a FB group you can buy used ones in!
