I barely go in my kitchen because with working I’m never home. So I decided to drink some milk but I’m suffering from horrible allergies so my nose is stuffed to no end. About 10 Minutes after drinking it I’m having horrible diarrhea like the “run to the toilet every few minutes” kind. (TMI I know) Turns out the milk is definitely expired. I’m on my placebo week so I’m not taking any active pills (I’m on my fourth placebo day) so I shouldn’t have to worry about my protection since I’m not on any active pills?
