What are some reasons your drs have put you on bed rest away from work? Asking because I am 3 weeks away from baby day and I am to the point of crying constantly and being soooo overwhelmed, depressed and stressed to the max with my job and being short staffed. I come home every day with super red/purple toes, and can barley move from being so sore. And on top of that I got put on every Saturday shift up until delivery because “it’s not fair to the tellers that will be covering my Saturdays during my leave”. I have told them I need to sit as much as possible but the other tellers are so lazy they just sit and wait for me to get up for everything 😣 I have worked a handful of open to close shifts, 7AM-5:30PM, overtime and bent over backwards for this institution the last 5 month on top of being pregnant and I have just reached my max, saying anything has gotten nowhere.
