La Cuarentena
I recently heard of the tradition of taking La Cuarentena 40 days of rest and recovery after birth. Any suggestions ? I really want to do this and have time to focus solely on healing and bonding with my baby girl but idk if her dad and his mom will be able to help enough to make it happen
