Mental health tips!?!

Hi all! I have anxiety and PTSD. I’ve definitely come a loooooong way since I was a kid but I was wondering if anyone has any tips for when I start getting bad anxiety? I have times where I’ll be fine for a while and then all of a sudden I just randomly get really bad anxiety and just want to go cry in a corner and I start to panic. I don’t go to therapy or anything. Is there anything y’all do to bring yourself back and out of an anxiety attack? I’ve had bad anxiety the last week and have been trying little things but it’s not working. Thanks so much!! ❤️
