to give a little back story, i’m 20, my daughter is 2 and her dad is 21. we never dated, but we do have a kid together. we went to mediation about a year ago and decided on a 50/50 schedule for parenting time (i get her on the weekdays and he gets her on the weekends) and he wants to take me back to mediation this friday for 70/30. he says it’s because i have a ticket on my driving record (which i’m getting resolved in court) and i’m also a little behind on bills. i pay my rent, i’ve never gotten evicted, or my lights shut off. she always has food (we get food stamps) he says i don’t have the “finances to pay for her” he does give me $408 in child support. and he also says she got lice twice and is saying it’s my fault even though she’s in daycare and that’s a thing kids too. he said she has a bad rash, but i took her to two separate doctors that both said she is fine and it’s a begnin rash that will go away, cause she wears diapers this is a thing that happens. i also live in minnesota. could he actually get this? i know ima good mom and i do everything for my daughter. i’m just scared. hopefully someone can give me advice or a peace of mind?
