Ovulation??

Hello Everyone,
I have not had a cycle in 6 months, but that all changed when my doctor put me on Metformin! I had my first cycle on October 5th! Today, I am a bit confused. I checked my cervix to find that my cervix is very high, soft, and open. I want to know if I am definitely ovulating, or am I over think it?

I would say try soy isoflavones on cycles day 3-7 and use wondo ovulation tests starting cycle day 10

Depends on your CM and I also would get test strips they are pretty cheap on Amazon. I use the Pre-mom app to save all my test strips.

What’s your cervical mucus look like? Id suggest ordering some ovulation predictor test from amazon or wear lots of black panties to keep track of your daily cervical mucus production.
