Morning sickness is killing meee

Hello! This is my 2nd pregnancy and the morning sickness is just as strong as my daughter but I didn't throw up with her...I can't keep anythign down and nothing helps and nothing looks good for me to eat....how do you mom's deal with the sickness....also I am soooooo tired I have no energy....does this mean my 1st is going to be my 2nd..meaning a girl...any mom's with boys have hardcore morning sickness?!?
